Areas we cover.
We’re based on The Quadrant in Marshalswick, and we let and manage homes across St Albans and the towns and villages around it.
Eight places, one small team.

Just outside these areas? Ask anyway. We’ll tell you honestly if we’re the right people to look after your home.

All of these places fall under St Albans City and District Council. It says it operates only mandatory HMO licensing, which applies to buildings occupied by five or more people. If you’re unsure whether your property needs a licence, ask before a tenant moves in.
